Schedule – Program Highlights

• Thursday, 23 July
  Evening event (TBD) — possibly a film screening or similar activity.
• Friday, 24 July
  All-Day Space Talks (9 AM–4 PM) — Covering a wide range of topics including Apollo, planetary science, astronomy, and NASA programs.
  Lead organizer: Emily Carney
  The schedule will include ample breaks for book signings, networking, and café visits.
  Evening: Space Art Show and Reception
• Saturday, 25 July
  9 AM–3 PM: Space art, vendor displays, and book signings
  4 PM (tentative): Panel discussion featuring astronauts and/or NASA personnel, moderated by a noted spaceflight author. (Details pending.)
• Field Trips (Thursday option)
  We are exploring optional field trips to space-related sites around Tucson.
  These will be offered à la carte at an additional cost.
